The Cay Moral

 Last term in English we read the Cay.

The moral of the story that I understood from the themes of the book is... 

You can make friends from different races if you give them a chance. 

I give the Cay a 4.5 star rating why? Because it was a really good book, Also had a lot of twist in the book. But I would gave it a 5 star rating if Timothy didn't die that was real heart breaking to be honest.      My comment about the book would be WHAT IF THAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED TO ME? I would be real shocked

It is destroying our planet,animals and more. This is reality. Our temperatures will start to go higher and warmer. Why? Because of us using to much coal, oils and gas. This is a big problem for us if we don’t create a problem to help our planet it will be destroyed.

1. Why did you choose this bird?

Because it's STRONG and LARGE. The largest and the most strongest raptor in the forest. I guess this bird suits me cause im quite strong also over protective when it comes to my family just how they get aggressive when it comes to the Harpy Eagle having a baby.

2.What is the bird afraid of?

Sadly it's not afraid of anything it will not hold back. Plus it is on top of the food chain so it has no predators preying on them. Harpia's also prey on animals that are on tree's like sloths,monkey and many more.

Well the Harpy Eagles come from Southern Mexico around South and Central America down North Argentina. Sadly the

Probably because its strong, massive (Way massive then me)

So the name of my Mascot's the Harpy Eagle (scientific name: Harpia Harpyja) It is from Brazil. Why did I choose this bird? Well because it's very strong on top of the food chin and it is very big for an Eagle. It Preys on animals that are in the high ground like sloth's and monkey's. They also have no predators that could threaten them why? Because it's not afraid of anything if it see's you it will not hesitate to end your life. And because it's fast,strong and smart. It's just like a land animal but can fly.

Media Studies Blog Khan Liam and Cassell

In Media Studies we explore how the news, advertising, television, radio, social, and other forms of media are made and how they influence us. 

I made a poster with the message FAKE NEWS

I am in a group with Liam and Khan and we are making a Stop Motion film about the message use words not violence and we are using a car crash to show that in our movie. My roll was to cover the light from the poster, Also being a camera person and lastly the letter,fonts and drawings.

Thanks to the people that gave us a hand on our Stop motion. Also to our teacher Miss Glass. She has helped us with our picture's, words, the font of the words and yeah.

Over the past 6 weeks in Media Studies I… 

Learned on how to make a stop motion. Work well with my teammate I could also work well with other people. Learnt what media's all about the fake new's the lies and that. But mostly learnt how to make a stop motion with my teammates.
